Today is composer Antonio Vivaldi’s birthday, yet thousands of new parents may have soothed their babies to sleep with the music of Vivaldi without even knowing it. Still popular six years after its release date, Baby Einstein’s Lullaby Classics CD features a music box version of Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons, Winter, RV297, 2nd Movement,” along with tinkling renditions of classical music pieces by Mozart, Bach, and Beethoven. So, happy birthday, Vivaldi!
